Psychotherapist Career Opportunities
We are a small specialty practice, consisting of a team of independent practitioners interested in sharing our passion for the highest levels of patient care in a unique, collaborative environment. We believe we've struck an excellent balance between the entrepreneurial spirit of independent practice and the support and fulfillment a small group practice can offer the right group of professionals.
Our practice, located in downtown Fayetteville, Arkansas, is focused solely on the treatment of high-functioning adults. Our clinicians treat issues ranging from relational difficulties to personality, mood, anxiety, and eating disorders within the adult population.
Clinicians enjoy a strong and polished administrative support team that provides centralized billing and scheduling services along with other basic clerical support. Support services are geared to allow providers' clinic time to be as patient-focused (rather than paperwork-focused) as possible.
In addition, clinicians are offered the opportunity to meet weekly, not merely for case consultations, but as a treatment team to offer support so that we may remain healthy, clear, and on track for ourselves and our patients.
Each clinician's office sharing agreement includes use of a totally unique office space (furnished and/or exclusive agreements may be negotiable) in our fully-restored office building. Our space was specifically designed with a therapy practice in mind, including almost $100,000 of special soundproofing in the walls as part of the reconstruction of the historic building. Other details include Mexican tile in our waiting room and other areas of the building, ample windows and natural light, designer light fixtures, paint, and finishes. In short, this is not a cookie-cutter or institutional practice, but a very pleasant environment in which to work.
